Our founder, Galina, completed the prestigious Basic Pastry Certificate program at Le Cordon Bleu Paris, one of the world’s most renowned culinary institutes. This experience marked a turning point in her professional journey, allowing her to master both traditional and modern French pastry techniques.
During the course, Galina gained hands-on experience working in a professional pastry kitchen. She trained in everything from the fundamentals of pastry preparation to advanced techniques in decoration and presentation. Her education included working with chocolate, custards, glazes, sugar work, and classic French viennoiseries. She also received comprehensive training in food hygiene, time management, and teamwork in a real-world kitchen environment.
